How to remove a member from your organisation

If someone leaves your organisation, or no longer requires access to the system, it is possible to remove them. This also frees up a ‘seat’ which you can then assign to another user. Here’s how to do that:

  • From the Projects home page, select your Organisation dropdown menu
  • Then select the ‘Organisation Members’ option
  • Next, choose the member you wish to remove and select the Remove member button.

You’ll now see a warning, asking you to confirm that you wish to proceed. This also confirms that any records already contributed by this member will remain attributed to this person.

  • Select Remove Member

You’ll now see that the number of available ‘Seats’ within your organisation has increased by 1.

  • Use the Add a member button to invite new users to your organisation.
