Giving users access to existing projects
Giving users access to existing projects is simple. This can be done in one of several ways:
- During the setup process when you are first adding a new user (see this document)
- Retrospectively, after a user has been created.
It’s the second option above that we’ll look at here.
Step 1.
If you belong to more than one organisation, make sure you select the relevant organisation in the drop-down in the top right corner of the home page.

Step 2.
Go to the Organisation Members page

Step 3.
Select the relevant user and then select the Manage projects button.

Step 4.
You can now select which projects to assign to the selected user and at which permission level. If you’d like to review what the different permission levels enable users to do see our Project Roles document.
