Upgrading to a paid account from a Free Trial

If online billing is enabled on your account* it is a simple process to:

  • Upgrade from a free trial to a paid subscription
  • Add seats to your account
  • Remove seats from your account
  • Change your Coreo tier
  • Add UKHab licences

This short guide will take you through the process.

*We are phasing online billing. If online billing is not yet available on your account and you would like to find out more about how to switch, drop us an email at hello@natural-apptitude.co.uk.

How to subscribe

  • Firstly, only the Owner of the organisation can set up online billing.
  • Secondly, you will need to make sure that you are logged into the Coreo Admin Area – https://admin.coreo.io/

If online billing is enabled on your account you will see the Upgrade Now link – as shown in the image below.

  • Select Upgrade Now

The “Manage your plan” dialogue will appear, as shown below.

  • At the top of the “Manage your plan” window, choose whether to pay monthly or yearly.
  • Choose the required number of Coreo seats.
  • Finally select the “Choose this plan” button for the required ‘tier’

On the next page you’ll see the option to add UKHab licences if you need them.

  • Select the relevant number of licences (one per user requiring access)

After making your selections you will be taken to a payment summary window.

  • If everything looks correct, choose the “Go to payment” button.
  • If you need to make any adjustments, select “Back” to edit your choices.

Next, you’ll see a modal to confirm that you are being passed across to the Stripe platform to complete the payment process. On this window you can either choose to go to the payment portal to pay immediately or, if someone else is responsible for financial transactions, you can generate a payment link to share with them.

If you choose Go to payment portal, you’ll now have the ability to input your chosen payment method details for your account.

Once you have inputted your payment details successfully, you’ll be returned to the Coreo platform where your new subscription details will be visible and ready for you to use.
