Changing from invoice to online payments mid-term
Online billing puts you in control of your Coreo account, allowing you to increase or decrease ‘seats’, change tiers or add/remove UKHab licences. If you wish to switch to online billing before your current invoice based subscription ends, these instructions will provide you with the details you need to do that. Natural Apptitude will need to initiate the process for you.
Step 1 – Initiating the switch to online billing

Once you have received confirmation that the switch to online billing is underway you can use the following instructions to help guide you through the process.
Step 2 – Paying for the next period of your current subscription
Once we have set you up for online billing, you will receive an email from us/Stripe (the payment system) which contains a one time payment link. Note that this payment relates to the next period’s subscription, not the current period. This payment registers you and your subscription details with the online payment system.

- Click on the Update payment method button
You’ll now be taken to a summary screen which shows you what you are being charged. To see a full breakdown of your subscription and the payment amount (including VAT) you will need to select View details in the Upcoming Invoice Amount section.


- Once you’re happy, simply complete the payment details and submit the form.
You’ll then be presented with a summary of the payment.

Step 3 – Amending your subscription
If you wish to amend your subscription, for example, by adding or removing users, or changing tiers, you can now do so yourself in Coreo. Note that a Coreo user with Organisation Admin permissions will need to do this.
- From the Organisation dropdown in the Coreo Admin Area, select Settings & Billing

- Select the Manage Plan button in the Billing Settings panel

- In the Manage your plan dialogue, choose the number of Coreo seats you require
- Add the required number of UKHab Survey licences your organisation needs. If you’ve not already got at least one UKHab licence you won’t see the option to add more licences initially, but this will appear after selecting either Update current plan or Change to this plan – as shown in the second image.
- Select the tier you wish to subscribe to (in the example below, either Update current plan or Change to this plan).

The dialogue box you will see if you don’t already have any UKHab licences on your account. If you don’t need access to the UKHab Survey and UKHab & BNG Platform, just hit “Skip and go to payment summary“.

Next you’ll be taken to the Payment summary screen.

- Once you have checked the details, hit Update and pay now to complete the upgrade
To finish, you’ll be presented with the Coreo Upgrade Successful window which will show the changes to your account. These will also be reflected in the Billing Settings panel of your Coreo account.
